- :: SERVICES
SENIOR
CREATIVE
SUPPORT.
I help organizations build brands, websites and campaigns that work together. You get experienced creative direction and direct access to the person doing the work from the first conversation through final delivery.
GOOD WORK STARTS
WITH THE RIGHT QUESTION.
Before designing anything, I want to understand what is happening, what is not working and what needs to change. From there, I can help define the direction and turn it into something your organization can actually use. Strategy engagements typically begin around $3,000. Brand and website projects generally begin around $8,000. Ongoing creative relationships are shaped around the level of access and support your team needs.
Big-picture thinking.
Hands-on execution.
- :: How I Can Help
Creative
Direction
For organizations that need someone to guide the work, connect the pieces and keep everything moving in the same direction. I can lead a project, support an internal marketing team, direct outside partners or help improve work already underway. The role changes based on what your team needs.
CAN INCLUDE
Creative direction • Campaign direction • Brand oversight • Design review • Team support • Vendor coordination • Developer direction • Creative systems
BEST FOR
Growing organizations, busy marketing teams and companies managing multiple creative projects without senior creative leadership in place.
Brand Strategy
+ Identity
A brand should help people understand who you are, not make them work harder to figure it out. I help new and established organizations define their position, sharpen their message and build a visual identity that works across the places people actually encounter the brand.
CAN INCLUDE
Positioning • Naming • Messaging direction • Logo systems • Visual identity • Brand refreshes • Guidelines • Templates • Print and digital collateral
BEST FOR
New organizations preparing to launch, established companies that have outgrown their identity and businesses whose materials no longer feel connected.
Websites +
Digital
A website has several jobs to do. It needs to represent the organization, help visitors find what matters and give them a clear next step. I connect site strategy, content, user experience and visual design so those decisions are made together instead of handed off from one person to another.
CAN INCLUDE
Website strategy • Sitemaps • Content planning • UX/UI design • Wireframes • Responsive design • WordPress • Elementor • Shopify • Developer handoff • Ongoing support
BEST FOR
Organizations launching a new website, replacing an outdated one or trying to make a complicated offering easier to understand.
Campaigns
+ Creative Projects
Not every assignment needs a full rebrand or long engagement. Sometimes you need an experienced creative partner to take ownership of one important piece of work and get it across the finish line.
CAN INCLUDE
Campaign concepts • Publications • Presentations • Reports • Advertising • Event graphics • Expo materials • Social creative • Environmental graphics • Photography and video direction
BEST FOR
Marketing teams, associations, nonprofits and agencies with an important project, a firm deadline or a temporary gap in creative capacity.
- :: WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
The Right Amount
Of Support.
Every organization needs a different level of support. These engagements offer a practical place to start, whether you need clarity before making a major investment, a complete brand or website transformation, or ongoing creative leadership for your team.
Brand and Website Clarity Sprint
A focused review and strategic roadmap for organizations deciding what their needs are.
Brand or Website Transformation
A complete engagement that connects strategy, message, design and implementation.
Creative Direction + SUpport
Ongoing senior creative leadership and hands-on support for organizations without that role internally.
- :: How I Work
FIRST, WE FIGURE OUT
WHAT NEEDS TO WORK.
01 / THINK
Get to the real problem.
We talk about the organization, audience, goals, limitations and what has already been tried. This gives us a shared understanding before decisions are made.
02 / SHAPE
Choose a direction.
I organize what we learned into a focused approach for the message, experience and visual direction.
03 / MAKE
Do the work.
I stay hands-on through design, content and production. You are not handed off to a junior designer after the first meeting.
04 / Finish
Put it to use.
The final work is prepared for the people who need to manage, launch or build from it. That can include files, templates, guidelines, developer coordination and ongoing support.
- :: DIRECT COLLABORATION
You Work
DIRECTLY WITH ME.
I have led teams and managed large projects, but I still like making things. That combination lets me see the larger problem without losing sight of the details that determine whether the final work succeeds. There are no layers of account management and no mystery about who is doing the work. I am involved from the first conversation through the final delivery.
- :: FAQs
What size organizations do you work with?
I work with startups, established companies, nonprofits, associations and agencies. The best fit is an organization that values good thinking, open communication and a strong working relationship.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I can support an agency as a senior creative partner, lead a specific project or provide additional design and digital capacity behind the scenes.
Can you work with our existing team or developers?
Yes. I regularly collaborate with marketing teams, developers, writers, photographers, printers and other outside partners. I can lead the creative side or fit into a process that is already working.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Ongoing and fractional arrangements are available for organizations that need consistent access to creative direction and design without hiring another full-time employee.
Do you develop websites?
I design and build WordPress websites and can also prepare complete designs for an existing development team. The right approach depends on the project’s technical requirements.
