PDH Group had grown into a large family of specialized companies serving the construction industry, but each brand needed a clearer identity and a stronger connection to the larger organization. The challenge was creating one digital system that could communicate the scale of the parent company while giving each individual brand enough flexibility to represent its own services, products, projects, and markets.
Create an umbrella brand experience that brought the entire organization together without removing the individuality of its companies. The system needed to help users understand the relationship between PDH Group and its brands, quickly find the right company or capability, and move easily between corporate information and specialized services.
I designed the primary PDH Group website and the supporting microsites for each company within the organization. I also designed six of the company logos, creating distinct identities that still felt connected to the larger brand family. To make the system scalable, I developed reusable page structures, custom content types, and filtering tools that organized companies, services, products, locations, and projects across the network of sites.
The completed platform gave PDH Group a unified digital presence while allowing each company to maintain its own identity and content. The shared structure made a complex organization easier to navigate, created greater consistency across the brand family, and provided a flexible system that could accommodate new content, capabilities, and companies as the organization continued to grow.
